Sanibel Bicycle Trail Rest Station Stops

Having some relaxing places to stop along the way is a nice addition, this park was a good touch-up. With about twenty-five miles of paved pathways on the island, we take breaks at sightseeing locations. The park at the end of Tarpon Bay Road is a nifty place to see the kayaks head out and back from the marked kayak trail. I like the part of the trail that goes underneath the Sanibel Causeway Bridge, the waterfront view is excellent under the roadway.

Rating the Island Area's Parks
There is not much going on at this park. Lighthouse Park or West Gulf Park are better options for a family picnic. Blind Pass is good on South Captiva.

Marine Life and Nature Spots to See
Well known for its beaches having pure white sand, we love the parks and bayside spots for nature. The coolest things to do are biking and hiking inside the great park system, which seems to cover the entire island.
