Wow the Sanibel Island Bakery!

When we first came to Sanibel on vacation we ended up eating out for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It really adds up and can kill your vacation budget. The restaurants are very interesting and unique on the island, but taking advantage of Jerry's Market can really add up to savings. The store is great to pick up a quick breakfast muffin and coffee, so you save money right at the start of the day. And you're off to the attractions quicker. We recommend the store for sure.

Surprises at the Sanibel Shopping Plaza
It was neat to see the birds out front. They do talk. Cockatoo is what talks the most. The H20 Outfitters is here with a bunch of beach wearables.

Quick Stop for Coffee and Treats

The donut selection is great. Offer good behavior to the kids for a dozen of Jerry's Donuts!

The Parking Garage is sure Handy
Finally a super market that opens early (6am), so we can pick up snacks for our morning fishing trips. Also, when you park in the (hot sun) middle of the day, take advantage of the free covered parking. I wish there was a lot more of that on the island.

Free Online Order & Grocery Store Pickup
Just the bakery makes me smile when I walk in. We stay a couple of weeks a year at a private condo unit off West Gulf Drive. They offer online website grocery ordering and you can pick it right up next to the parking garage. Tipping is not allowed, so no extra charge. This is fantastic service for a grocery store. We applaud them!
