Here are the best steps for the Flip HD, which records at 720p 30fps, and Adobe Premiere Elements 8 + 9.
(1) First is the setup, when you select, New Project. The preset: NTSC - HDV - HDV 720p 30. This is first before you import the videos, the very beginning of a project.
(2) Two, do the normal stuff with your videos.
(3) Last is the Share, which you want to select 1) Personal Computer 2) Mpeg 3) Presets: HD 720p 30. It will put the video.mpg file on your drive.
(4) You go to Youtube and select Upload to send the video.mpg up and finalized the process.
