We have figured it out, just stay on the beach and you will have no worries on your Sanibel Vacation Stay. Get a nice kitchen, screened area, furnished, gulffront, beach access, and nice swimming pool. You will want to stay for a month, which is what you really need here on the island.

Nerita Street Sanibel Island
I like it a lot. Not too big, since it has only 40 units. You must rent by the week. It has a small heated swimming pool which we used everyday. Has a tennis court and bbq grills for open use.

From Canada to Sanibel Beach!
The parking works nicely, with one parking space per unit. You will see your unit number. Guests can park for a 24 hour period or move off property for longer guest parking. No problems, great place.
