We figured it was a bit usual as soon as pulling up and seeing the building in the parking lot. Inside is a zillion things about sea shells, marine life, and local representatives that can explain it all! This is just perfect for those that love to go shelling and nature walks. Good with kids too.

Things to Do in Sanibel
I surely do enjoy Sanibel more than ever. You just have to know where are the live music spots and happy hour hotel bars.

Yes mega shells. What an island, swimming pools and movie stars, or at least Mr. Bailey (hee hee)!

Stores that are Sanibel Attractions
I was reading that the Village Gift Shop is inside the Bailey General Store. Will be sure to look next time. Apparently they sell neat historical gifts and treasure there. All going to the Historic Village.

What is that Sanibel Shell?
Driving to Captiva, it was something our car just past up over and over. The local paper had a write up and so it was time to stop in. Good place, and if you find a crazy shell and want to know what you have...this is where to go.
